Sheeting

All sheeting is 26-gauge "R" panel. Color sheeting has a galvanized substrate to prevent rust and corrosion. All our Galvalume roof sheeting is hot dipped with a zinc and Aluminum compound to give it the strength to stand up to the worst weather, and the durability to last for generations.

Our project methodology has evolved over the years as we have executed numerous projects. It begins with our proposal document and extends through project documents, design sequence, system testing, acceptance documents and to the final delivery of our building system. The key to our methodology is communication. We strongly believe in defining what we are providing and expanding this initial definition as the project continues.

We strive for uniformity of design, providing details often left out by others and keeping systems simple. The key to being on time is project execution. Metal Storage Buildings

Metal storage buildings have multiple advantages over wood framed buildings. The upkeep required to maintain wood structures is not an issue with pre engineered steel buildings. Make an investment that will work for you for a lifetime with robust metal storage buildings.

A concern with any building is its ability to maintain an acceptable appearance over years. Wooden buildings need repainting and resealing. Metal buildings, rust resistant, and require far less maintenance than conventional structures.

Wooden buildings are susceptible to rotting, insects and leaking. If you are storing equipment, livestock or anything of value, these elements are harmful to a conventional structure. Save yourself time and anguish by investing in metal storage buildings with a steel framework and a heavy insulation package.

Roof Extensions and Overhangs

Extensions can improve the appearance of a building but will cost more. Roof extensions add "curb-appeal" to some buildings, but will take more time to complete the erection of the building because of the amount of extra covering trim. Extensions can also help a building merge in better in an environment of conventionally constructed buildings in commercial areas. An overhang offers you some protection from the rain and shade from the sun. These options can be important when you receive many visitors to your building, by offering shelter from the elements.

We offer two types of roof extensions: (1) Gable Extensions for endwalls (2) Eave Extensions for sidewalls. Using our system, you can easily and quickly design and price buildings with overhangs up to 5' on any or all of the walls. When in the Building Accessories section select Roof Extensions.

Surface Air Film Coefficient (F)

The amount of heat flow in BTU's per square foot per hour between an exposed surface of a material and the adjacent air. It is the measure of the conductance of heat through the air film that clings to all surfaces.
