| Erection Drawings and Documentation |

| We send out approval drawings within five working days of receiving your deposit on a building. If necessary, we can also provide professionally prepared drawings stamped by a state-certified engineer (available for the 48 lower states). Your drawings will be produced, in house, by a team of design professionals. Our accurate, easy-to-read plans are helpful to a first-time builder as well as an experienced contractor. After your order is placed, you will receive your contract documents - this will include the plans, approval drawings, specifications and other pertinent information. When you receive your approval drawings, all pages must be signed and returned along with the contract documents. In the approval package, the color selections sheet must be filled out, signed and returned to our office with the entire contents of the approval package. Two sets of plans shall remain in your possession to permit, study or otherwise familiarize yourself and/or your contractor with the coming task. An erection manual will be provided to you in this package. This manual is to be used as a guideline to correctly install all building components; this manual may not cover some accessory installation. When your building is delivered to your job site, it will be accompanied by a packing list, which you can compare with your shipper as you inventory your building components. |
