Panel Options

Color or Galvalume - Our online system includes both Galvalume Plus® and SMP Colors. For a small price increase you can add a colored roof. Our standard colored panels consist of a Galvalume® sheet that has been primed and coated with Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) paint. Both panel types of panel are very tough, and both our Galvalume Plus® warranty and our paint warranty run for 25 and 30 years respectively. The Galvalume Plus® panels cost less, but the painted panels give your steel building a more refined look.

Color and Roof Pitch - When considering color over Galvalume, be sure to take the roof pitch into account. Higher-pitched roofs are more noticeable, but with a low-pitched roof very little of the roof can be seen.

Available from one stall to one hundred, with a center row or in a shed-row design, our value-engineered horse barns give you maximum space with a functional layout designed to streamline your horse operations. Riding arenas are available fully-enclosed or as a roof-only structure. Clear span arenas are available up to 240 feet wide and in unlimited lengths. Our engineering department and your dealer can work with you to custom design a structure which maximizes your building site with attached barns, tack rooms, or hay storage areas.

Trim and Gutter

The trim on a steel building serves two essential functions, to close transitions and protect the building from the weather. Trim also adds to the appearance of a building. Our sculptured trim gives the building a refined, quality appearance. Trim covers corner and edge areas of a building. For instance, eave trim creates a transition from the roof to the sidewalls and roof to endwalls.

Most metal building companies often supply "box" or generic trim pieces. This trim routinely has to be modified to fit, as it is created as multi-purpose - and does not fit well on standard panels. We fabricate each profile to match the design of your steel building. We do a lot of work in the shop that will save you headaches in the field. We hem all exposed edges of our trim so it installs easily, fits neatly, and looks great for the life of your building. Our trim is easy to install and adds to the look and the integrity of the building.

Insulation

Used to assist in the retention of heat or cooling. White reinforced vinyl. The thickness options are 3", 4" and 6" which have an "R Value" of 10, 13 and 19 respectively.
