Download and Install IQS

If prompted, click Run.

IQS requires:

• Windows XP or Windows Vista
• .NET Framework 2.0 or higher
• DirectX 9 or higher

If you have a firewall then add these sites to your exception list:

• ctsremoting.com
• ctswebservices.com

.NET and DirectX will be installed automatically by IQS. If the automatic install fails please install each manually then try running IQS setup again:

• .NET Framework 2.0
• DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer

For a few customers this installation screen never appears:

If this happens, try uninstalling .NET then installing it again.
